The first part gives you links to what I offer on the site.
The second part take you through the first 7 day in a very tatical way so you can successifuly start viewing this as a lifestyle changes instead of just a diet change. Some of the daily activities include: creating your why, stocking your pantry, creating a quick meal , and planning goals for the future.
The final section is where all of the goodies can be found from the cookbook, pantry stocking, even covering my pholosophy of the foods I eat, and why I reccommend avoiding sugar and grain.
